We also keep anonymous, aggregate visit counts (total page views, which buttons are clicked, and general traffic sources). This counting is cookie-free and collects no personal information — we cannot identify individual visitors from it.

• WinRed — donation and membership payment processing. Information you provide when contributing is collected and processed by WinRed and is subject to applicable campaign finance reporting requirements.
• Shopify — our online store.
• Facebook and Instagram — linked social media platforms.

Campaign Finance Disclosure

As a political organization, we may be required by federal or Colorado law to collect and publicly report certain information about contributors, including name, address, occupation, and employer, for contributions above reporting thresholds. Contributions are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

Data Retention & Security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.

Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
